Section 1 of 6: Your ticket, always at hand

No password. Your ticket is enough.
The app recognises you by the e-mail address your ticket was booked with. This applies to purchased tickets as well as to tickets you received from us or your company.
- Open the appVia the button on this page or the QR code with your phone.
- Enter your ticket e-mail addressWe send a 6-digit code to exactly this address.
- Enter the code, doneYour device stays signed in while you use the app. After that, a new code is all you need.

Install
On your home screen in 30 seconds
The visitor app runs in the browser and becomes an app with its own icon in two taps, no app store needed.
- iPhone · iPadOpen the app in Safari, tap “Share” (square with arrow), choose “Add to Home Screen” and confirm with “Add”. On the iPhone, notifications only arrive this way.
- AndroidOpen the app in Chrome and tap “Install app”. Alternatively choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen” in the Chrome menu (⋮).
- DesktopIn Chrome or Edge, click the “Install app” icon in the address bar. The app then opens in its own window.
Your data
You decide who sees you
- Community only if you joinOther visitors only see your name, company, position and topics if you join the community. The app never shows e-mail addresses. You can leave at any time and block individual people.
- For exhibitors and partners only if you opt inWhether exhibitors and partners see your contact details is your choice in your account and can be revoked at any time. If an exhibitor or partner scans your ticket, they receive your business contact details.
