Tickets

Which ticket do I need?

For the student and public authority ticket, appropriate proof must be presented at the event. The certificate of attendance under § 15 FAO will be issued after the event has ended. All tickets grant admission to the exhibitors’ expo.

Where does the summit take place?

At the HCC – Hannover Congress Centrum, Eilenriedehalle, Theodor-Heuss-Platz 1–3, 30175 Hanover.

Can I book appointments with exhibitors in advance?

Yes. Visitors with a ticket can book appointments at the stands of participating exhibitors prior to the summit. Appointment booking will open in good time before the event.

Getting there and your stay

How to get to the HCC

The HCC is located by the Stadtpark in the Zoo district, about 10 minutes from the main station.

  1. By public transportFrom the main station take bus 128 or 134, from Kröpcke light rail line 11 to “Hannover Congress Centrum” – about 10 minutes each. The platform in front of the HCC is step-free.approx. 10 min
  2. By carVia the Messeschnellweg (A37) to the Hannover-Kleefeld exit, then turn right into Clausewitzstraße. For your satnav: Schillstraße, Hannover.A37
  3. ParkingCar park at the HCC with around 850 spaces, open 24/7: up to 2 hours €2.00, each additional hour €0.50, maximum €4.50 per day – cash or card. Height limit 2.10 m; two charging points at the hotel car park.max. €4.50/day
  4. By bike116 bicycle parking spaces, most of them right at the main entrance.
  5. AccessibilityAll halls can be reached at ground level from the main entrance, and accessible toilets are available in all areas. Seven disabled parking spaces are located on Schillstraße near the main entrance, where an intercom is also available for assistance.
  6. CloakroomA cloakroom and lockers are available in the entrance area of the Parkrestaurant; for events, the HCC also sets up cloakrooms in the event areas.

Overnight stay

The Congress Hotel am Stadtpark is right next to the HCC. We will add which hotel is included in the Complete Ticket as soon as it is confirmed.
