About KSB INTAX
KSB INTAX is a commercial law firm with offices in Hannover, Celle and Lüneburg, where lawyers, auditors, tax advisers and notaries work together. The firm's roots lie in an auditing and tax advisory practice founded in Hannover in 1952, whose range of services was expanded over the years to include legal structuring and cross-disciplinary advice. This multidisciplinary approach continues to shape the firm's way of working to this day.
The range of services covers the business-relevant issues of medium-sized clients in the areas of finance, law and tax. Legal services include, among others, corporate law, employment law, IT law, data protection law, banking, finance and capital markets law, real estate and construction law, intellectual property, contract and distribution law, litigation, as well as the flexible legal department model. Auditing comprises annual financial statement audits and special audits, internal audit and risk management; tax advisory services range from tax declarations and tax structuring to international tax law and representation in tax matters. Notarial services are provided in the areas of corporate law, real estate law, inheritance law, and marriage and family law.
Across disciplines, KSB INTAX advises on compliance, ESG, whistleblower protection, business succession, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, transaction advisory, financial restructuring and insolvency, shareholder disputes and conflict management. Artificial intelligence and automation, as well as legal operations and full-service support, are further dedicated areas of advice. Clients include medium-sized companies, family businesses, as well as start-ups and venture capital constellations.
The firm's offering also includes providing specialist information to the public: the blog covers current legal topics, and a monthly tax newsletter reports on developments in tax law. In the podcast “Wissen kompakt”, host Sebastian Bluhm holds discussions with the firm's advisers and external guests on finance, law and tax; host Charlotte Falk, together with lawyer Jan Schätzel, regularly focuses on Legal Tech and AI tools.
