CompanyCheck AI combines public company data with artificial intelligence. The platform supports professionals in law, tax, business consulting and finance in researching and evaluating information about companies and continuously tracking changes. Behind the offering is CompanyCheck UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Münster.

The data basis comprises publications from the commercial register, company register, Federal Gazette and insolvency announcements. These include, for example, register extracts, shareholder lists and annual financial statements. CompanyCheck AI brings together the available information and prepares it for further research. Access begins with the company name: an AI agent searches for the relevant register data and makes it accessible within the platform.

An integrated AI chat makes it possible to ask specific questions about a company. Users can, for example, obtain information on shareholder structures, published financial information or recent changes. The available documents serve as sources for this. In this way, company information can be specifically accessed and prepared for professional assessment.

In addition to research, CompanyCheck AI offers ongoing company monitoring. Selected companies can be tracked; in the event of new publications or changes, the platform automatically provides notification by e-mail or via push notifications in the iOS app. This includes, for example, new annual financial statements, changes of shareholder or insolvency announcements. This can reduce the need for recurring manual checks.
