Dr. Natascha Ziemek

Dr. Natascha Ziemek is a lawyer and notary in Hannover. After being admitted to the bar in 1997, she became self-employed in 2001 to work exclusively in employment law. She has been with the law firm Kaden und Ziemek since 2003. As she believes that conflicts should be resolved rather than escalated, she trained early on as a DAA mediator. These conflict-resolution skills were further expanded through training as a business coach. In 2018, after completing her notarial examination, she was appointed as a notary. Since the start of her self-employment, she has also had a keen interest in automating office organisation through technology. She digitalised the notarial practice within her law firm at an early stage and is always on the lookout for new technical solutions that increase efficiency and ease workloads. She also places particular focus on digital stress management, on which she has already given seminars and talks.
