Ramiza Schöne is a notarial consultant, founder of NOTARTEC® and host of the podcast “Digital im Notariat – Schöne neue Welt”. With many years of experience in the legal industry, she supports notarial offices with digitalisation, process optimisation and the use of AI. Her focus: change that works in everyday business and brings people along.

As a moderator, she combines expertise, curiosity and clear language. She asks questions, makes complex topics understandable and connects different perspectives. She is particularly interested in what turns a good idea into effective change.

At the German Legal Tech Summit, she initiates and curates the Female Sync Space together with Su Reiter – a meeting point for women from the legal industry who want to share experiences, network and help shape the digital future.
