About the speaker
Kim Kleinert is a lawyer and specialist lawyer for employment law at LUTZ | ABEL. She advises national and international companies across all areas of individual and collective employment law, from structuring modern employment relationships to representation before the courts. A particular focus of her work is advising start-ups and medium-sized companies on all employment law matters.
Kim Kleinert combines sound legal expertise with a clear eye for practical implementation. Her aim is to make even complex legal matters understandable and to develop solutions that work in everyday business life. In doing so, she relies on determination, empathy and open dialogue. Her goal: to shape employment law in such a way that companies can act with legal certainty and focus on what matters most: their business and their employees.
