Dr. Jan-Eike Andresen is a lawyer and Partner of Andresen Legal in Hamburg, a boutique law firm for litigation and dispute resolution. Dr. Jan-Eike Andresen handles shareholder disputes, director liability and post-M&A proceedings, damages claims as well as disputes over family assets and foundations. Andresen Legal operates on an “AI First” approach; artificial intelligence is an integral part of case handling.
