Dennis Böcker

Dennis Böcker is an experienced strategy and innovation consultant. In this capacity, he advises on everything from scaling strategy for startups to partner management strategy within large corporations, across a range of industries.

Motto: Without innovation, there is no sustainable growth! To be efficient and high-performing, innovation needs structure. Innovation must be anchored in the company's business strategy. Only then can it create value and act as a driver of successful transformation

Prior to this, Dennis Böcker worked for a renowned international corporation (Bosch) in several roles, including regional CIO for the Americas region, global IoT Innovation Lead and SAP Programme Manager.

Dennis Böcker developed, founded and connected across corporate boundaries the global co-innovation network Connectories, built up a global intrapreneurship programme, and developed a structure for the efficient development of prototypes to validate new business ideas. In addition, Dennis has led international teams in hybrid environments for more than 10 years.

As part of his work, he also served as patron of the global Working-Out-Loud initiative (WOL) at Bosch, which started as a grassroots initiative, and in collaboration with other corporations.

Dennis Böcker is a certified innovation management consultant under DIN ISO56002 and Lead Auditor under DIN ISO56001, an Expert Member at DIN for innovation management (ISO56000 family of standards), and is active as Chair Advisor for ISO TC279 Innovation Management at ISO.
