Ismail Asci

Ismail Asci builds technology for the legal market. As Co-Founder and CTO of nu:legal, he is leading technology at a legal tech company for the third time.

Before nu:legal, he was CTO of RightNow Group, a legal tech company that helps consumers enforce their claims digitally. There, he learned what it takes to turn legal processes into software that works reliably at scale.

At nu:legal, he brings this experience to law firms and in-house legal teams with legal AI that covers workflows end to end. Teams set up their processes once, the technology handles the routine work, and lawyers keep control of the legal judgement. Ismail leads technology and product development, from the AI architecture to privacy-compliant data processing in the EU.

He has been a CTO since 2008, including as part of the founding team of the insurtech simplesurance, later acquired by Allianz.

At the summit, he looks forward to talking with legal teams that want to make AI part of their daily work.
