Prof. Dr. Volker Römermann

Lawyer Prof. Dr. Volker Römermann is a member of the Management Board of Römermann Rechtsanwälte AG, President of the German National Committee of the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA), Director of the Humboldt Center for the Legal Profession and Honorary Professor at Humboldt University Berlin. He has long devoted himself intensively to the professional law governing lawyers. His latest book (co-authored with Götz Kümmerle) was published by C. H. Beck under the title “Don KI-jote - Zwischen Prompts und Paragraphen kämpfen Organe der Rechts- und Steuerrechtspflege gegen KI-Windmühlen” (2026).
